(a) If BDI bank wants to offer DP services, they should approach SEBI for registering as DP. 
(b) If KM Financial wants to offer Debenture Trustee services, they should apply to SEBI for getting registered for Debenture Trustee services.
(c) No. TT Ltd. Co. should not get registered with SEBI Itself. TT Ltd. Co wants to Issue an IPO, so It should get registered Itself with Stock Exchange.
